Acceptable Use Policy ​

1. Introduction ​

We developed Atomemo to revolutionize workflow automation and customer experience management (CEM). With Atomemo, we have created a powerful platform that empowers organizations to build intelligent automation solutions through visual workflow builders, advanced AI agents, and seamless integrations. Our platform uniquely combines workflow automation with AI-powered agents to deliver exceptional customer experiences, automate complex business processes, and enable organizations to create intelligent, conversational applications at scale.

At the heart of Atomemo are our AI agents—sophisticated, context-aware assistants that can understand natural language, access knowledge bases, execute workflows, and interact with customers in meaningful ways. These agents, combined with our visual workflow editor, plugins ecosystem, and enterprise-grade infrastructure, enable organizations to transform how they engage with customers and automate their operations.

Our conviction has always been that by providing powerful automation tools and intelligent AI agents, we can help millions of users and organizations deliver better customer experiences while working more efficiently. This conviction motivates us to make Atomemo accessible through both our free Community Edition and our Enterprise Edition, and it fuels our ongoing commitment to ensuring our users derive maximum value from our platform.

Our approach has proven successful: Atomemo is now serving organizations of all sizes across industries—from customer support and sales automation to employee experience management and intelligent chatbots. We continuously receive feedback that we are helping them automate critical processes, enhance customer interactions through AI agents, and deliver personalized experiences that delight their users. This not only benefits our customers but also positively impacts their end users and the broader community.

However, we recognize that powerful automation tools can be misused. Given the flexibility of Atomemo, the variety of integrations it supports, and the capabilities of AI agents, it's essential to establish clear guidelines about acceptable use. While we believe the vast majority of our users have good intentions, our platform must not be used in ways that harm others, violate laws, or contradict our core values.

The intent of this Policy is to make it clear to anyone who uses Atomemo (whether Community Edition or Enterprise Edition, self-hosted or cloud-hosted) what behavior and content are not acceptable. We will take action against users and deployments that are discovered to be in violation of this Policy.

This Policy is a living document and will be updated as necessary. Continued use of Atomemo requires compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Scope and Application ​

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to:

  • All Users: Anyone who uses Atomemo, including workflow creators, administrators, and end users
  • All Editions: Both Community Edition and Enterprise Edition
  • All Deployment Types: Self-hosted deployments and Choiceform-hosted services
  • All Features: Workflows, AI agents, plugins, integrations, APIs, and all other platform features
  • All Content: Workflows you create, data you process, AI agent instructions, plugin configurations, and any other content

2.1 Self-Hosted Deployments ​

For self-hosted deployments (Community Edition or Enterprise Edition):

  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with this Policy
  • You must ensure your users comply with this Policy
  • Choiceform may investigate reports of violations
  • Choiceform reserves the right to revoke licenses for violations

2.2 Cloud-Hosted Services ​

For Choiceform-hosted services:

  • Choiceform actively monitors for Policy violations
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates this Policy

3. Prohibited Uses ​

If you intend to use Atomemo for any of the purposes listed below, please do not sign up for or use Atomemo. If you already have an account or deployment, you must immediately cease the prohibited activity or terminate your use of Atomemo.

3.1 Illegal Activities ​

You may not use Atomemo to:

  • Perform, promote, facilitate, or encourage illegal activities under applicable laws, including but not limited to:

    • Drug trafficking or distribution of controlled substances
    • Money laundering or financial fraud
    • Human trafficking or exploitation
    • Weapons trafficking
    • Gambling where prohibited by law
    • Tax evasion or securities fraud
    • Violation of export control or sanctions laws

  • Violate intellectual property rights, including:

    • Copyright infringement (distributing pirated content)
    • Trademark infringement
    • Patent infringement
    • Trade secret theft
    • Circumventing DRM or access controls

3.2 Harmful and Abusive Behavior ​

You may not use Atomemo to:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, or stalk individuals or groups

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code, including:

    • Ransomware
    • Trojans, worms, or keyloggers
    • Spyware or adware
    • Cryptojacking scripts
    • Any code designed to damage, disable, or compromise systems

  • Conduct phishing attacks or social engineering schemes to steal credentials, personal information, or financial data

  • Launch denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks

  • Conduct unauthorized access attempts, including:

    • Brute force attacks
    • Password spraying
    • Exploitation of vulnerabilities without authorization
    • Network scanning without permission

  • Send spam or unsolicited communications, including:

    • Bulk unsolicited emails
    • SMS/text message spam
    • Social media spam
    • Automated bot messages without user consent

3.3 Hateful and Discriminatory Content ​

You may not use Atomemo to create workflows, AI agents, or content that:

  • Promote or condone hate, violence, or discrimination against people based on:

    • Race, ethnicity, color, or national origin
    • Religion or religious beliefs
    • Age
    • Gender, gender identity, or gender expression
    • Sexual orientation
    • Disability or medical condition
    • Veteran status
    • Immigration status
    • Any other protected characteristic

  • Support organizations, platforms, or individuals that promote or condone such hate or threaten violence to further a cause

  • Incite violence or hatred against protected groups

3.4 Child Safety ​

You may not use Atomemo to:

  • Create, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
  • Groom, solicit, or exploit children in any way
  • Sexualize minors or create content that sexualizes children
  • Facilitate child trafficking or exploitation

We have zero tolerance for any activity that harms children. Violations will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

3.5 Privacy Violations ​

You may not use Atomemo to:

  • Collect, process, or share personal data without proper consent and legal basis

  • Violate data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy regulations

  • Conduct surveillance or monitoring of individuals without their knowledge and consent, including:

    • Tracking individuals' locations without consent
    • Monitoring personally identifiable information without consent
    • Creating profiles of individuals without their awareness
    • Scraping personal data from websites or services without authorization

  • Sell or share personal data obtained through Atomemo without proper consent and legal authority

  • Use Atomemo for unauthorized lead generation or contact list building

  • Dox individuals by publishing private personal information without consent

3.6 Fraud and Deception ​

You may not use Atomemo to:

  • Conduct financial fraud, including:

    • Credit card fraud or payment fraud
    • Investment scams or Ponzi schemes
    • Advance-fee fraud (419 scams)
    • Cryptocurrency scams
    • Insurance fraud

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation

  • Create fake or misleading AI agents designed to deceive users about their nature

  • Distribute counterfeit goods or facilitate counterfeiting

  • Manipulate markets or conduct insider trading

3.7 Inappropriate and Harmful Content ​

You may not use Atomemo to:

  • Create or distribute sexually explicit content involving non-consenting individuals
  • Share or distribute revenge porn or non-consensual intimate images
  • Promote self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
  • Glorify or encourage violence against any person or group
  • Distribute graphic violence designed to shock or terrorize

3.8 Abuse of Platform Resources ​

You may not:

  • Abuse Atomemo infrastructure by:

    • Excessive API calls designed to overwhelm systems
    • Running cryptocurrency mining operations (unless explicitly permitted for Enterprise customers)
    • Using the platform for purposes unrelated to workflow automation
    • Reselling platform resources without authorization (Community Edition restriction)

  • Bypass technical limitations or access controls

  • Interfere with other users' use of the platform

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Choiceform systems or other users' accounts

3.9 AI Agent Misuse ​

You may not create or deploy AI agents that:

  • Impersonate real individuals without clear disclosure
  • Generate or spread misinformation or disinformation at scale
  • Manipulate or deceive users about the agent's nature or capabilities
  • Violate any other provision of this Acceptable Use Policy

3.10 Plugin and Integration Misuse ​

You may not create or use plugins or integrations that:

  • Violate third-party terms of service for integrated services
  • Bypass security controls of integrated services
  • Exfiltrate data from services without authorization
  • Violate any other provision of this Acceptable Use Policy

4. Enforcement ​

4.1 Investigation ​

Choiceform reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy. This may include:

  • Reviewing workflows, AI agent configurations, and content
  • Analyzing execution logs and system activity
  • Contacting you for information
  • Cooperating with law enforcement

4.2 Actions We May Take ​

If we determine you have violated this Policy, we may take the following actions:

  • Warning: Issue a warning and request immediate remediation
  • Content Removal: Remove or disable violating workflows, AI agents, or content
  • Account Suspension: Temporarily suspend your account or access
  • Account Termination: Permanently terminate your account
  • License Revocation: Revoke your license for self-hosted deployments
  • Legal Action: Pursue legal action for serious violations
  • Law Enforcement Reporting: Report violations to law enforcement authorities

The action we take will depend on the severity and nature of the violation. Serious violations (such as child exploitation, terrorism, or violent threats) will result in immediate account termination and law enforcement reporting.

4.3 Appeal Process ​

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error:

  1. Email us at support@choiceform.app with subject "Acceptable Use Policy Appeal"
  2. Provide your account details and explanation
  3. We will review your appeal within 5 business days
  4. Our decision on the appeal is final

5. Reporting Violations ​

5.1 How to Report ​

If you become aware of content or activity that violates this Policy, please report it immediately:

  • Email: support@choiceform.app with subject "Acceptable Use Policy Violation Report"
  • Include:
    • Description of the violation
    • URLs, workflow IDs, or account information (if known)
    • Screenshots or evidence (if available)
    • How you discovered the violation

5.2 What Happens After You Report ​

  • Someone on our team will respond within 2 business days to acknowledge your report
  • We will investigate the reported violation
  • We will take appropriate action if a violation is confirmed
  • We will notify you of the outcome (unless prohibited by law or privacy concerns)

5.3 Confidentiality ​

We treat violation reports confidentially and will not disclose your identity to the reported party unless:

  • Required by law
  • Necessary for law enforcement cooperation
  • You explicitly consent

6. Specific Legal Compliance ​

6.1 DMCA and Copyright ​

6.2 Law Enforcement Requests ​

We require proper legal process (subpoena, court order, or warrant) for all law enforcement data requests.

6.3 Child Safety Reporting ​

We comply with legal obligations to report child exploitation. Reports are made to:

  • Interpol (for international cases)

7. Interpretation and Updates ​

7.1 Interpretation ​

This Policy should be interpreted in accordance with our Terms of Service and our core values. When situations arise that are not explicitly covered by this Policy, we will use our core values and the spirit of this Policy to make decisions.

7.2 Updates to This Policy ​

We may update this Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document
  • Notify users via email or in-product notification
  • Provide reasonable notice before changes take effect (except for urgent security or legal reasons)

Continued use of Atomemo after Policy updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
